Responsible for development and updates of Training Program Materials and documents for Food Handling and Food Safety related topics.
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure information and activities related to food safety are consistently communicated and updated.
Conduct Food Handler training program and food safety audit regularly to ensure that the outlets and manufacturing staff are aware of the Food Safety compliances.
Actively take part in the Food and Beverage research to ensure that safe handling practices are followed and documented in the SOP.
Manage the Food Handling Training Centre (SLPM) facilities and licences.
Assist RTE team in Maru Outlet setup and training.
Assist Training Executive who is responsible to execute any additional activities within COE department functionality assigned by superiors on
timely execution to achieve company and departmental goals and target.
Drive internal communications with relevant departments if required to ensure smooth execution of the departmental activities.
Degree in any field. Preferably degree in Education, Retailing, Management.
Experience in Operations Training or Soft Skills Training.
Experience in outlet operations management (retail / F&B).
Planning & managing logistic, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
Directing, optimising, and coordinating full order cycle.
Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, and stores.
Responsible in managing and driving daily delivery is performing to their agreed standard and lead time. Ensuring On Time In Full (OTIF)
is being closely monitored and provide guidance to delivery fleet and its team to perform.
To establish good transport relationship with team members and key stakeholders.
To be responsible for transport cost and to ensure that cost per delivery are maximised and within budget.
To lead and prove improvements delivery quality service and results by studying, evaluating, and re-design work instruction, workflow, and local policies.
To establish and communicate service metric through monitoring, analysing results, and implementing changes on
mode of transport and constantly reviewing drivers and attendants' performance.
When needs arise for fleet expansion, responsible to ensure that vehicles and personnel are at par to company standards.
Able to negotiate with third party service providers for better rates and efficient services.
Constantly reviewing congestion of routing and improve route management.
Be part of global sustainability effort to reduce carbon emission through better technology and route management.
Setting up a team of functional logistics & customer service team.
Perform duties and task assigned by supervisor and/or management.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to function with minimal supervision.
Good interpersonal, leadership & negotiation skills.
Data driven, strategic thinker and analytical.
Ability to listen and seek understanding other's point of view.
